Legion Leveling

Oki Guys,
The time to level our legion is coming, the Generous contibution Sylvee made some weeks ago, already covers the expense of leveling to level 4, but a contibution system will have to be implemented to level to 5 and to start participating in sieges and cover the expenses that it implicates (kisks, Siege weapons...)
So level 4 coming next and level 5 coming soon :-)
